Aston Martin DB7 V12 Piston Ornament
Forged from a genuine V12 aluminum piston as used in the DB7 Vantage, and fitted with an authentic vehicle inspector’s plate, this special edition memento is sure to appeal to owners and Aston Martin enthusiasts alike.
As with the piston, the polished stainless steel inspector’s plate is another genuine DB7 piece, and similar plates were fitted on most new DB7 models during their build period between 1994 and 2003. In all, 7, 117 DB7’s were hand built at Aston Martin’s Bloxham facility, with the car becoming at that time the brand’s best-selling creation.
The inspector’s plates originally carried the name of the car’s inspector and, to add a touch of personalization to this anniversary piece, the piston can be ordered with the details of a specific DB7 engraved on it, including engine type, model year and chassis number. Very late DB7 models were fitted with the then new style Aston Martin wings badge, and the plate can be specified with this type of logo, if required.
VIN IS REQUIRED TO PURCHASED.
