Shipping Info & Returns

Shipping

Shipping and handling preparation may take up to 5 business days. Shipping costs are automatically calculated prior to checkout — simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page to view available shipping methods and pricing.

In-stock items ship Monday through Friday during business hours. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will ship the following business day.

Your selected shipping method applies from our warehouse to your delivery address once the product is in our possession.

Please note: We do not control manufacturer production schedules, processing times, or fulfillment delays. Manufacturer lead times vary and are not guaranteed shipping timelines. As soon as your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email containing tracking information and delivery updates.


International Orders

Miller Motorcars is not responsible for any international import fees or charges, including but not limited to:

  • Import duties

  • VAT or local taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Customs processing fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and shipping carrier and are not included in the shipping rates displayed at checkout. The customer is fully responsible for all international import charges.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization.
Customers must contact Miller Motorcars Boutique via email to request a return authorization and return shipping label before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender, as they cannot be properly identified or processed upon arrival.

Eligibility Window

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, subject to approval.


Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused and uninstalled

  • Item must be returned in original, undamaged packaging

  • Packaging must be free of writing, labels, tape residue, markings, or wear

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be included

  • Item must not be a special-order, made-to-order, or final-sale product (unless otherwise approved)

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund deduction up to 100% of the item value, based on condition, repackaging, or damage costs.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable

  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund


Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior authorization or without an approved return case:

  • Are not guaranteed to be accepted

  • May experience significant processing delays

  • Will not be eligible for refund review until the item is located, inspected, and verified


Inspection & Refund Processing

Once an authorized return is received:

  • The item will be inspected within 3-4 Business days

  • Refunds or exchanges are not issued until inspection and approval are completed

  • Customers will be notified once review is complete and advised of the refund or exchange outcome

Special Orders – No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

Special Order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

A “Special Order” includes any product that:

  • Is not stocked locally

  • Is ordered directly from the manufacturer to fulfill a customer's specific request

  • Is personalized, customized, made-to-order, or imported specifically for the customer


Special Order Confirmation Process

After placing a Special Order:

  1. You will receive an email titled “Update to Your Order”

  2. This email is sent within:

    • 1–2 business days of order placement, or

    • The next business day if the order was placed over a weekend

  3. You will have 2 business days from the time of that email to request cancellation of the order by replying directly to the notification.

If no cancellation request is received within this 2-business-day window:

  • The order will proceed to fulfillment.

  • The sale becomes final and non-returnable.

  • The order will no longer be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once manufacturing, processing, or shipping has commenced.


Important Special Order Shipping Notice

Special Order lead times vary by manufacturer and production schedules.
While orders are often processed within 5 business days, this timeframe is not guaranteed and is dependent entirely on manufacturer availability.

Your selected shipping method applies once the product reaches our warehouse. Manufacturer transit times, customs clearance processes, and warehouse logistics may extend fulfillment timelines beyond standard shipping estimates.

Shipping Insurance Policy

To help protect your purchase during transit, Shipping Insurance is automatically included with every order placed with Miller Motorcars. The cost of insurance is scaled based on the total value of the order to ensure appropriate coverage.

What Shipping Insurance Covers

Shipping insurance provides coverage for incidents that occur while the package is in transit, including:

  • Loss in Transit: Packages that are lost by the carrier and never delivered

  • Damage During Transit: Items damaged due to carrier handling (e.g., crushed packaging, water damage), provided the item was packed properly

  • Missing Contents: Situations where the package arrives but one or more items are missing

Coverage applies up to the full declared value of the order, including shipping costs, subject to claim approval and carrier/insurer review.

What Shipping Insurance Does Not Cover

Shipping insurance does not cover the following situations:

  • Porch piracy or theft after delivery

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, including deliveries confirmed by GPS location or delivery photo

  • Packages left unattended at the delivery address

  • Delivery delays once the package has been successfully delivered

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Once a carrier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Delivery Confirmation

Carriers may deliver packages without requiring a signature unless signature confirmation is explicitly selected at checkout. A delivery photo or carrier confirmation serves as proof of delivery.

Opting Out of Shipping Insurance

Customers may choose to remove shipping insurance prior to checkout.

By opting out of shipping insurance, the customer assumes full responsibility and liability for the shipment once it leaves our facility. Miller Motorcars will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, theft, or missing packages after dispatch.

Claims Process

If an issue occurs that falls within the covered criteria:

  • Claims must be reported promptly upon discovery

  • Supporting documentation (photos, carrier confirmation, etc.) may be required

  • All claims are subject to review and approval by the insurer and/or carrier


Policy Acceptance

By submitting an order with Miller Motorcars, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all policies outlined above, including the Special Order Final Sale Policy and all shipping and return conditions.
